Overnight tonight temperatures will remain mild with lows in the mid-30s in Southern Iowa. Refreeze will again be a problem in Northern Iowa.
Monday looks to be perfect with mostly sunny skies and highs jumping into the 60s in Central and Southern Iowa.
Tuesday brings a chance at rain and snow back to the state. While Des Moines is not expected to receive snow accumulation, places in Northwest Iowa could receive an inch or two of slushy snow late Tuesday.
We are looking for a slight cool down by Wednesday, but we quickly rebound back into the middle 50s by the end of the week.
