Mangoes are in season and they are the perfect addition to your salsa! Here’s what you need to make this sweet and savory snack.

Mango Salsa
Makes approximately 2-3 cups
Total time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, deseeded and diced (optional)
  • 3 mangos, peeled and diced
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt, to taste

Directions
COMBINE all ingredients and REFRIGERATE.
