WARM WEDNESDAY: Heavy Rain By Weekend

Skies will be partly cloudy this evening. Temperatures are a bit cool and will drop from the 50s to the 40s this evening. Winds will shift tonight from the northwest to the south.

Southerly winds will continue on Wednesday and will be quite strong at 10 to 25 mph. There will be gusts up to 30 mph. This will lead to temperatures rising well above average to the mid-70s.

The next significant chance of rain will be this weekend. We could see up to 2" of rain in some parts of the state Saturday through Sunday.
