To some, the Keystone Pipeline, stretching 1,700 miles from Canada to the Gulf Coast, will cause irreversible damage to the climate of the region.  To others, the pipeline will mean less U.S. dependency on foreign sources of energy, and create more jobs locally.

Channel 13's Dave Price talks to Former General Jim Jones in this fourth segment of The Insiders.  Jones, who served as President Obama's Security Adviser, does not understand why the President is taking so long in giving the go-ahead to the construction of this pipeline.  He is also pushing back at criticism that he is just traveling the country to back big oil and does not care about the environment or other sources of energy.
