A new community of row houses in downtown could be ready for move-in as early as this fall.

Hubbell Reality broke ground this afternoon on Artisan Row. Located on 17th street, between Grand and Ingersoll, Artisan Row will provide 27 homes. Each one has about 1,600 square feet and features 2-3 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms, a private rooftop and a two-car attached garage.

Hubbell Reality officials say more people moving downtown shows a promising future for the community.
