The trial for the primary owner of an iconic Des Moines pharmacy has been postponed.
Mark Graziano’s federal trial was scheduled to start June 2nd, but now it will begin on October 27th.
Court documents show attorneys requested the delay due to the large number of documents attorneys need to process.
Graziano faces 16 federal charges including conspiracy to distribute drugs, tax evasion and wire fraud. He allegedly sold hundreds of thousands of painkillers from Bauder’s to people who lacked prescriptions from 2002 to 2012.
