The weather will be stormy today as a strong cold front and an area of low pressure moves across the state. A few storms are moving across the state this morning, mainly in northern Iowa. More severe storms will develop this afternoon. A few of those storms could produce strong winds, hail and an isolated tornado. Friday looks dry with more rain possible on Saturday.
