HOLIDAY FORECAST: Sun Mixed With Isolated Showers

Overnight more clouds are set to move into the state. Isolated showers and thunderstorms will be possible, mainly over southern Iowa.

Rain chances increase on Sunday. A few showers are possible in southern Iowa during the morning with some pop up showers in the afternoon. The rain will be really hit or miss and not everyone will see rain drops.

The trend continues on Monday with a dry start to the day under partly sunny skies and then pop up showers and storms in the afternoon. Temperatures will hold in the low to mid 80s through the week, as well as the shower and thunderstorm chances.
