If dollars are votes, then it appears the incumbent does not have much to worry.  Republican Governor Terry Branstad's campaign Finance Report shows he has 4.5 million dollars ready to spend in the general election.  Democratic State Senator Jack Hatch has only 300 thousand or so.  That means Branstad has 14 times as much as cash to beat his challenger.  Channel 13's Dave Price asks Polk County Democratic Chair Tom Henderson if Jack Hatch has a glimmer of hope in winning come November.
