Webster City Man Charged with Father’s Murder

corbinWEBSTER CITY, Iowa – A Webster City man has been charged with the murder of his father.

The Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation said Steven Graesch was found dead by police at 1932 Des Moines Street in Webster City at about 2 a.m. Monday.

Authorities believe the 61-year-old had an altercation with his son, 27-year-old Corbin Graesch, in the early morning hours of Saturday.

Steven died as a result of that altercation.

An autopsy will be performed Tuesday on Steven.

Corbin is in the Hamilton County Jail charged with first degree murder.

    I don’t know the whole story but I do know Corbin. Hes probably one of the kindest guys around, would do anything for anyone. I will be a supporter of his throughout all of this. Something horrible had to of happened for him to get pushed to this point. He truly is a great guy. Also you guys don’t know what takes place behind closed doors. So once again even though its sad it came to this, I will defend Corbin.
