DES MOINES, Iowa — West Des Moines police say a woman wanted on several theft charges as well as probation violations has been arrested.

Twenty-one-year-old Scalicity Boyd was taken into custody by Des Moines police Wednesday afternoon. Police had asked the public’s help to find Boyd because she had warrants for arrest out in Des Moines, West Des Moines, Urbandale, and Ames.

She faces charges of second degree and third degree theft, possession of tools to remove theft detection devices, forgery, and four counts of probation violation.

Boyd is being held in the Polk County Jail on a bond of $17,000.
