Police Searching for Three Suspects Following Violent Home Invasion

COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa – Police in Council Bluffs are searching for three suspects involved in a violent home invasion on Tuesday night.

According to WOWT-TV, three men entered the home through an unlocked door. According to police, two of the men were carrying guns, the third man was carrying a “billy club”. All three were wearing masks.

Police said the suspects held the guns to three victims’ heads demanding money. One victim, a 16-year-old girl, was assaulted during the invasion. The three men fled the scene in a brown Dodge Durango.

The 16-year-old girl is recovering from her injuries in a Council Bluffs hospital.
