DES MOINES, Iowa — The Des Moines Police Department is asking the public for help to locate a man wanted on several charges.

Twenty-seven-year-old Terry Young Jr. is facing drug charges, interference with official acts, as well as a charge for escape. Young also goes by the names of James Young and Antonio Young.

He is five-foot-eight, 160 pounds, and has several tattoos on his arms and chest.

Police say Young is likely carrying a weapon, so if you see him do not approach. Call Polk County Crimestoppers at 223-1400 instead.
