Why was there a 4-year-old outside unsupervised? Come on parents, with these kinds of people in the world, watch your kids!! Of course I hope they find him, and thank God she’s home safe and wasn’t taken.

Ok, obviously the monster who hurt this baby is to blame. If anyone thinks they saw him and can help, please contact the police, otherwise he is going to get away with it. That little girl was very smart and brave going home and telling her mom what happened and what he looked like.
Please parents, remember, there are LOTS of creeps out there just looking for an opportunity like this. It is heartbreaking that it is no longer safe, here in the Midwest, to allow your kids to play outside alone like that, but, it isn’t, especially not at an apartment complex where people are coming and going all the time. Maybe in your own, fenced, backyard, but not an apartment. My thoughts and prayers to this little girl and her family. I’m sure whoever was watching her is already beating themselves up over not being out there.
