Hillary Clinton is the most talked about presidential candidate for 2016.  She did not have the best things to say about the caucus the last time she competed in Iowa.  Now the state Democratic Party is considering some changes to how the caucuses work.  Channel 13's Dave Price talks to Scott Brennan, the state chair, on what changes could actually happen and what, if anything, they have to do with Hillary Clinton.
