Iowa helped launch Barack Obama into the White House in 2008.  These days, Mr. President is not Mr. Popular.  According to an NBC Marist Poll, just 37 percent of Iowans approve of his job performance.  Half think his signature piece of legislation, the Affordable Care Act, is bad.  Only about a third think it is good.  Congressional candidate for Iowa's 3rd District, Staci Appel, gives her take on Obamacare and what is next for the way our country delivers health care.
