Age certainly is a factor. There is a reason that you dont get a drivers license until you are 16. There is a reason there are stickers on every single ATV that says you need to be 16 years or older to operate. YES, no matter the age, if it has wheels and a motor it can kill you, but at a young age you will do things that are dangerous without thinking of the outcome. As a parent you should be responsible and not let your children operate vehicles until they are legal to do so.
