Nascar Drivers Race Against Cancer

nascar driversKNOXVILLE, Iowa — Some big names in Nascar will be in Knoxville Wednesday but not on the dirt track.

They’ll be on the go-kart track.

Jeff Gordon, Tony Stewart, Kasey Kahne and Kyle Larson are a few of the drivers taking part in Kick it for Cancer, which raises money for childhood cancer research.

Fifty fans will race head-to-head against the pros in winged karts. It’s from 2-4 p.m. at Slideways Karting Center in Knoxville.

Tickets to watch the races are available at the track.
