Two from Webster City Killed in Boone County Crash

BOONE COUNTY, Iowa — Officials have released the names of two people killed in a crash in Boone County Monday.

The Iowa State Patrol says 76-year-old Marie Hooker of Webster City was driving a Chevy Impala southbound on T Avenue when she pulled out in front of oncoming traffic on Highway 30 just before 10:00 a.m. and was hit by a Jeep. She and 80-year-old Ronald Hooker died at the scene.

Three others, including the driver of the Jeep, were taken to the hospital with injuries.
