ROCKWELL CITY, Iowa — Authorities are turning to the public for help in finding a missing Iowa teenager. Rockwell City police say Cassie Simkins, 16, was last seen around 2:30a.m. Sunday in her home.
Police say family members told them Cassie needs medicine for her Epilepsy, but they don’t believe she has her medicine with her. That could put her at risk for seizures, her family worries.
Cassie could be with someone named Chance Kinney, authorities said. But they haven’t released more information about Kinney.
If you know anything about Cassie’s disappearance, you are asked to Rockwell City police at 712-297-7583.
