AMES - It was a rough day in Ames on Saturday.

The 19th ranked Oklahoma Sooners showed why they were considered one of the top teams in the country to start the season.

O-U racked up 751 total yards, 510 on the ground en-route to a 59-14 win over Iowa State.

Sooner Trevor Knight had a monster game, while ISU struggled in all areas.

Iowa State falls to 2-6 on the season, next week the Cyclones are at Kansas.

    Rhoads may not be able to coach or recruit very well, but hey, he is an outstanding cheerleader for the program.
