Cyclones Run Out of Gas in Norman, Sooners Roll 94-83

NORMAN, OK – 14th ranked Iowa State got off to a great start at Oklahoma, jumping out to a 10 point lead.  But, oh how quickly things can change.

After leading by 10 in the first half, the Cyclones eventually found themselves down by 20 in the 2nd.  The Sooners cruised to a 94-83 win.

Iowa State hit 14 threes, shot 48% and still lost by double digits.

Dustin Hogue led the way with 19 points, Jameel McKay added 16, while Naz Long and Bryce Dejean-Jones each had 14.

The Cyclones fall to 17-6 overall, 7-4 in the Big 12 now two games back of Kansas.  ISU is now just 1-4 on the road in the Big 12.

Iowa State returns home Saturday to take on West Virginia.
