Weather Why: Does Less Snow Equal More Drought?

Before the January 31st - February 1st snow storm where Des Moines received close to a foot of snow, Tom wanted to know, if we stayed below average in our snowfall totals this year could that lead to drought conditions again in Iowa. Megan Salois found the answer for him.
