Two years ago, Governor Terry Branstad signed what he said was the largest tax cut in state history.  The agreement would reduce commercial property taxes by four billion dollars over the next dacade.  However, some Democrats say these cuts come at a cost.

Doug Gross was the 2002 Republican nominee for Governor, and he joins Channel 13's Dave Price in this week's edition of The Insiders.  Gross weighs in on this tax cuts versus schools question, and he also tells Price what Iowans are not talking about enough when it comes to education.
