Police Investigate Des Moines Bank Robbery

DES MOINES, Iowa – Police in Des Moines are investigating a bank robbery.

It happened at the First Class Credit Union, 303 Euclid Avenue, shortly before 3 p.m. Wednesday.

Authorities say the suspect did not show any weapons and passed a note to the teller demanding money before taking off on foot.

The suspect is described as about 6-feet tall, dressed in all black and has several days worth of facial hair.

Police are currently searching for the suspect.
