DES MOINES, Iowa — The west little league softball coach has broken his silence and is pointing his finger at a flaw in the rule book.

Central Iowa’s Little League President, Chris Chadd isn’t buying his excuses and believes that even though the system is flawed, never in the rule book does it state a team should lose to gain an advantage.

Chadd want’s the West coach to own up for his mistake. The Central Iowa President is standing firm that the West got what they deserve and failed to honor the little league mission statement and did not play with honor.
