Former Iowa Congressman Reveals He Has Cancer

DES MOINES, Iowa — Tom Latham, an Iowa Republican who served in Congress for 20 years, announced Wednesday that he has cancer. Latham wrote that he has Lymphoma. He did not disclose which type of Lymphoma he has.

Latham represented the state in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1995 until he retired in 2015.
