AMES, Iowa — After falling in their conference opener to No. 2 Oklahoma on Saturday, Iowa State looks to get back on track against Texas Tech on Wednesday night.

The No. 13 Cyclones (11-2, 0-1) are set to host the Red Raiders (11-1, 1-0) at 8 p.m. The matchup at Hilton Coliseium, which is never an easy place to play, will be the first true road game for Texas Tech this season.

“(Texas Tech head coach Tubby Smith) has the team going in the right direction,” Iowa State head coach Steve Prohm said. “He has a good young nucleus I think, a couple good seniors, but he has some young guys in the program that are going to continue to get better.”

Guard Devaugntah Williams leads the attack for the Red Raiders and averages 15.2 points and 4.4 rebounds per game.

The game will be televised on ESPNU.
