IOWA CITY, Iowa -- Daniel Dennis never won an NCAA title, but the former hawkeye will wrestle for Team USA at the Olympics.

On Sunday night at the Olympic Trials in Iowa City, Dennis beat another former Hawkeye, Tony Ramos for the 57-kilogram championship.

Dennis was runner-up at Iowa in 2010 at the NCAA Tournament, losing in the final seconds.

The heartbreak has turned into motivation six years later.
