Iowa Cash Rents Down

Iowa cash rents have gone down in the last year.
According to the National Agricultural Statistics Service, non-irrigated cropland rent is down about six percent averaging $235 per acre.
Ida County had the highest average rent at $281 an acre. Lucas County at the lowest averaging a $150 an acre.  Pasture land cash rent has gone up about two dollars, to $52 an acre.
