Suspect in Stolen Jar Investigation
WEST DES MOINES, Iowa — The West Des Moines Police Department is asking for your help identifying a man they say stole a donation jar.
Police provided a still image of a suspect captured by a surveillance camera. The theft appears to have happened on New Year’s Eve at a grocery store.
