Altoona Names New Police Chief

ALTOONA, Iowa  --  The city of Altoona is set to have a new police chief.

Greg Stallman, from the Woodbury County Sheriff's Office, will take the reins next month. He has been involved in law enforcement since 1995 when he became a correctional officer.

Stallman replaces Jody Matherly, who is now leading Iowa City police.
