I’m a graduate of Buena Vista University but grew up in northeast Iowa and spent my summers in northern Minnesota. I love spending time outdoors and playing for the Des Moines Women’s Rugby Club.

    DES MOINES, Iowa — A man police say was fraudulently collecting donations in the name of the Iowa State Police Association has been arrested. The investigation began in March after Des Moines police were notified Craig Wittick was soliciting donations from businesses under the guise of being associated with the ISPA.
