I’m a multimedia producer for WHO-HD. I deal with the content posted to http://www.WHOtv.com and the station’s social media accounts. I try to make sure our users are having the best experience possible and they’re able to find what they’re looking for easily.

I’m a graduate of Buena Vista University but grew up in northeast Iowa and spent my summers in northern Minnesota. I love spending time outdoors and playing for the Des Moines Women’s Rugby Club.

    Drake University Responds to Civil Rights Complaint by Former Head Athletic Trainer

    DES MOINES, Iowa – Drake University is responding after a fired athletic trainer filed a complaint with the Iowa Civil Rights Commission, claiming he was terminated because of a medical condition. Scott Kerr, 61, worked for the university for more than three decades and was the head athletic trainer when he was fired on September 2nd.     Mother of Abandoned Child Found in Galt Arrested

    WRIGHT COUNTY, Iowa – The mother of a child found alone and outside in the rain in Galt last week has been arrested. The Wright County Sheriff’s Office was called about 1:30 p.m. on November 22nd about an unattended child. A two-year-old female, wearing only pajamas and without shoes, was located by deputies.     DES MOINES, Iowa – The Blank Park Zoo is letting the public get involved in the naming process for its black rhino calf.
