    Jackknifed Semi Impacts Traffic on I-80 During Morning Commute

    ALTOONA, Iowa – A jackknifed semi caused travel headaches along I-80 Wednesday morning. Two semis appeared to be involved in the incident in the eastbound lanes near Exit 143 just east of Altoona. The accident was cleared by about 8:30 a.m. and traffic is now moving freely.     DES MOINES, Iowa – A study has found Iowa has the second best drivers in the nation.
