    DES MOINES, Iowa — The Iowa Supreme Court has suspended a district associate judge without pay for 30 days after she was found to be drunk on the job.     DES MOINES, Iowa — The Iowa Department of Public Health says a central Iowa man returned from the Caribbean with the Chikungunya virus.
