AT 25 TO 30 MPH. THESE SHOWERS AND STORMS WILL LIKELY PRODUCE
RAINFALL OVER AN INCH PER HOUR RESULTING IN PONDING WATER ON
ROADS…RAPID RISES IN SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS…AND LOW
VISIBILITIES AS THEY MOVE THROUGH CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN IOWA THIS
