    The information presented on this site is informative and very clearly presented. My only dissapointment was with the refinancing calculator. It assumes that the person entering the information already knows what rate they can get for refinancing. That is usually not the case, as the rate depends on many factors including home value vs. loan amount and credit rating.

    SlickThe Wells Fargo bank site does a good job of giving the rates that are being given out on a daily basis. I imagine a lot of banks do the same thing. It may not give you the exact dollar ammount but it can give you an idea of what rate you’d need to actually save money over the long term.
