Taco Chicken Wrap

Heat a soft whole-wheat or multi-grain tortilla in the microwave 20 seconds to soften. In the center of the tortilla, place leftover cooked chicken or beef, shredded cheese, and shredded lettuce. Top with your choice of taco sauce, salsa, guacamole, light sour cream or Ranch. Fold in two sides and roll up to hold in filling.

Polka Dot Peanut Butter Bagels

Spread peanut butter on one half of a whole wheat mini bagel; spread low-fat cream cheese on the other half. Sprinkle with dried cranberries, raisins of the dried fruit of choice.

Fruit and Cheese Roll-Ups

Alternate chunks of fresh fruit and cheese squares, try pieces of apple, banana, grapes, berries, pineapple and melon for fruit, try mozzarella, cheddar, Colby jack cheeses. Serve with a side of yogurt.

Pizza Roll-Up

Roll a stick of string cheese or a cheddar cheese stick into a whole-wheat tortilla and dip in pizza sauce (or salsa, if preferred).
