Chicken Parmesan (Jesse’s Embers)

Spaghetti noodles (cooked)

Add the following ingredients and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally until hot:

16 oz tomato sauce
16 oz diced tomatos and juice
1 tbsp dry sweet basil
2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp parmesan cheese

4 6 oz Chicken Breasts

Breading for chicken:

2 cups panko bread crumbs
1 tsp crushed red peppers
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp dry oregano
2 tsp dry sweet basil
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Mix all of the breading ingredients together.

Heat oil for frying.

Dredge chicken breasts in flour, then in an egg wash, and finally in bread crumb mixture.

Place in hot oil and fry until done.

Place chicken breast on top of cooked spaghetti noodles, top with spaghetti sauce and parmesan cheese.
