Hello and Happy TUESDAY, gang!

A Day Late
My apologies for posting a day late. As those of you who are regular readers know, I typically post this blog on Monday evenings. Last night I had to scoot out of here right after the six o’clock show for a workout shoot, which isn’t terribly uncommon. What is uncommon is having the workout put me out of commission and unable to anchor the ten o’clock show! I was a hot, sweater, sore mess after this one. Make sure you tune in to “Workout of the Week” when you see the teases where Sonya and I put in mouthguards (probably next Tuesday). You’re gonna love it!

I’m On Fire
And not in a good way. This past weekend I was literally on fire. The lighter on our gas grill is broken so we have to use matches or a fireplace lighter to get it going. Sunday I mistakenly turned ALL of knobs to HIGH before sticking my hand into the grates. Suddenly there was a giant “Whoooosh!” and flames went shooting up my arm! I was wearing a tank top and had my hair back in a ponytail so all the happened was all of the hair on my right arm got singed off, but it scared the snot out of me. All I could think was, “Thank goodness this was not a week night!” With the crazy amount of hairspray I use on nights that I work, I’m pretty sure I’d have a new hair do! Yikes.

Free Falling
Michael and I are thinking about going skydiving. Have you ever done it before? If so, what did you think of it? I’ve heard some people say it was one of the most exhilerating experinces of their lives and it’s one of those “bucket list” things we’d like to try.

Time is getting away from me once again and I still need to write the “Workout of the Week” blog. Thanks for stopping by!

Not to be a critic, I know you have more than enough of those, but doesn't your grill have a little hole in the side that you can use to light it, so you don't have to put your hand in it?
