Bacon-Wrapped Sea Scallops (Tally’s)

  • 4 Dried Packed Sea Scallops
  • 4 Slices of Iowa Cider Bacon
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Tbsp of oil
  • Tbsp of butter
  • Pineapple-Chili Aioli Sauce


Wrap each scallop with a slice of bacon. Sprinkle top side with salt and pepper. Heat oil and butter in a hot pan. Place scallops in pan, salt and peppered side down. Sear until lightly browned on the bottom side. Sprinkle top side with salt and pepper and flip scallops. Sear the other side until lightly browned. Serve with pineapple-chili aioli sauce.
