More than two dozen drivers got a reminder to follow the laws on the roads.

On Wednesday, the Ames Police Department conducted a traffic enforcement project along Highway 30.

The department just released finals numbers.  Officers pulled over 28 vehicles.

They cited 21 drivers for speed and two for driving with expired vehicle registration.

Officers handed out 12 other warnings.
