The trial of a Marion County man accused of hiring someone to kill his wife begins Monday.

Mike Miller faces a first degree murder charge for the death of Teresa Miller. Police say Miller hired his co-worker, Terry Cobbins Jr., to kill his wife.

Miller’s trial is being held in Clarke County because of pre-trial publicity.

Teresa miller was shot and killed by Cobbins in her home south of Knoxville on January 7th.

Earlier this month, Cobbins was found guilty of first degree murder.
