TEACHER PLEA: Foulkes Pleads Not Guilty

A former C.A.M. school district teacher pleaded not guilty to 50 charges of sexual exploitation Thursday.

Retired teacher, 65 year-old William Foulkes was arrested last week and accused of molesting a former student during tutoring sessions at C.A.M. High School.

Foulkes retired from Anita Elementary School in 2010.  He is accused of molesting students at his home, a nearby park and in the elementary school.

Foulkes is free on $50,000 bond and did not appear at Thursday’s hearing and waived his right to a preliminary hearing.

His arraignment date has not been set.
