DRIVE-BY: Shooting In Des Moines Damages Houses

Police are investigating a drive by shooting that happened late Monday night in Des Moines.

Police are saying someone hit three houses with bullets, luckily no one was hurt, but the shots fired did damage the homes.

The shootings were reported around 10 p.m. Monday evening.

Three houses on a two block stretch of Clark Street in Des Moines were damaged with bullets.

At 1215 Clark, one bullet went through a window and one person was cut by broken glass.

Homes located at 1306 Clark and 1316 Clark were also hit by bullets.

Witnesses say they saw a young man wearing a white t-shirt and jeans running from the scene.

Witnesses also reported seeing a black Ford SUV driving away from the area.

Police are still investigating who was involved.
