The President and First Lady are both making stops in Iowa next week, one on an official visit and the other for a fundraising event.

First Lady Michelle Obama is scheduled to be in Des Moines on Tuesday. She’s attending a fundraiser for her husband’s re-election campaign at the Temple For Performing Arts. Pam and Harry Bookey are hosting the event, which begins at 2:45 p.m.

Two-hundred and fifty dollars will get you admission to the fundraiser, but packages guaranteeing a meeting and photos with the First Lady cost up to $10,000.

President Barack Obama will be in Iowa City on Wednesday. A White House official says specific details of the official visit will be released later.
