Iowa State Football Coach Paul Rhoads joined students at King Elementary in Des Moines to get active Wednesday.
The school won the visit from the "Fuel up to Play 60" program.
The program will kick off at the school next year. It pushes kids to eat healthy foods and to be active at least 60 minutes every day.
Rhodes talked about eating well and exercising. But he also took time to sign autographs and show a Cyclone video for the kids.
More than 70,000 schools across the U.S. are participating in "Fuel up to Play 60."
