FACTORY CLOSING: Glove Factory Closes

After 42 years in business, a Fort Dodge glove manufacturer has shut down.

Thursday was the last day of production for Ansell-Hawkeye.  It was the last day on the job for 22 workers.

Company leaders blame cuts at the pentagon for the closure.  They say the Department of Defense was their biggest client.

The factory opened in 1972.
