Baked pork egg rolls
Shredded coleslaw mix
Leftover pork tenderloin
Salt and pepper
Cellophane noodles soaked
Egg roll wrappers dry out easily, so wrap in a damp paper towel
Place eggroll wrapper in diamond shape. Put ¼ cup of the mixture in the middle of the eggroll wrapper.
Go around the edges with a little bit of water, roll the eggrolls and place seam-side down.
Brush the eggrolls with oil and bake.
