FATAL CRASH: I-80 Accident Kills One

A Pennsylvania woman is dead and three others are injured after a one-car accident on I-80 in Poweshiek County.

The accident happened around 6:41 Monday morning when an eastbound Kia Sorrento driven by 18-year-old Morgan Aumiller drifted into the center median and rolled several times.

Passenger, 66-year-old Roberta Ross of Milroy, Pennsylvania was pronounced dead at the scene. Forty-three-year-old Brandon Aumiller, 16-year-old Logan Aumiller, and Morgan Aumiller were all transferred to University of Iowa Hospitals in Iowa City. Their conditions are unknown.

The Iowa State Patrol is continuing its investigation into the crash.
